Managing Procurement of ASIA Regional.
Working Closely with Global Supply Teams, Global Planning Team to ensure Timely Avaialibility of Globally Managed & Inhouse Technical for ASIA Region.
Negotiation with suppliers based on forecast
Supporting Regional Lead in Developing Strategy documents & Risk Mitigation Strategy.
Identifying opportunity for Contract/Auctions within Category
Supplier Relationship Management
Development of Regional Supply Base to Reduce Risk wherever possible.
Managing relationship with existing suppliers
Legal interface with suppliers for executing contracts
Supply Market Intelligence and Procurement Analytics
Provide regular updates and review of production data for assigned species and varieties
Using Supply Market intelligence to ensure feedback to Business
Using Import Data Analytics to Competition to plan inventory for better sales positioning
Job Requirements
Min BS in related field
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in agriculture's production.
Leadership experience with effective interpersonal communication and management skills is essential.
Ability to frequently travel to domestic and international locations
Good command in English
