Job Description
Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies for residential development projects, including sales reporting, program development, and marketing proposals.
Conduct market research on products and pricing to meet departmental and project requirements.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and joint venture partners to ensure effective strategy execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agencies and joint venture partners.
Carry out market surveys as assigned or when necessary to support strategic decisions.
Work with cross-functional teams on initiatives to enhance corporate branding.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential real estate, preferably with exposure to foreign developers.
Proven experience in the real estate market
Proven ability to utilize an extensive industry network to effectively source, consolidate, and validate market data.
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, with strong communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficient in planning, analysis, presentation, and organization, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Resourceful, collaborative, and adept at building relationships, with strong problem-solving abilities.
