Job Description
- Assist Commercial Manager Vietnam in sales & marketing budget preparation and monthly sales reporting. Provide updates on action plan status and customer visits weekly. Report opportunities in CRM system quarterly. Handle quality claims and complaints, liaising with the Commercial Manager Vietnam.
- Contribute to company growth by identifying leads, converting them to sales, and maintaining key customer relationships. Share market knowledge, propose new distributors, and attend relevant exhibitions and workshops. Provide sales forecasts, ensure timely payments, and address customer complaints.
- Ensure technical promotion of company products to relevant sectors in Vietnam. Develop technical expertise, handle customer inquiries, and organize technical assistance when needed. Participate in field trials and adapt marketing tools to the Vietnam market. Support event organization and provide competitive intelligence reporting.
- Manage distribution networks to achieve yearly objectives, providing continuous support and organizing training for distributors as needed.
Job Requirements
- Animal production or veterinarian or Aquaculture degree with at least 5 years’ experience in feed industry (Livestock and Aqua).
- Good practical experience in nutrition or management or aqua is a must.
- Good understanding of key customers’ needs how to support by creating and delivering an added value proposal to our customer.
- Good written and communications skills in English are essential.
Knowledge of computer tools and pack office (word, excel, power point).
