Job Description
Develop new accounts by presenting technical sales proposals, providing engineering support, and identifying market opportunities.
Meet with customers to review requirements and collaborate with product specialists to offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive product sales performance, achieve sales targets, and prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports.
Support new product development by conducting market research, coordinating with suppliers, and arranging customer visits.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and economic indicators to expand customer base and market share.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Engineering, or related fields; a background in mechanical or electronic engineering is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service in related industries (electronics/SMT preferred).
Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and teamwork; self-motivated and result-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of foreign trade regulations.
Fluency in English (oral & written); knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
Familiarity with SMT products and industrial customer portfolios, including companies like Samsung, LG, Foxconn, etc., is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
