Job Description
Objectives:
1. Establishes and maintains set requirements for quality improvement. Minimum internal defect rate & increase customer confidence and company's credibility.
2. Improving work processes and efficiency, and it enables a company to better compete with others.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan activities for the Week/Month/Yearly and arrange for QA Team.
2. Quality report Weekly/Monthly/Yearly to related departments & General manager.
3. Control and ensure the quality of products for the whole factory.
4. Customer complaint visiting & solving regarding issues, quality analysis, making CCR and preventive action report.
5. Managing team KPIs (downgrade, F-cost, NCR) and operating the QA department.
6. Communicate, and exchange information with departments in the company, and handle and resolve internal requests.
7. Managing FGs stock and assigning goods quantity to sales stock.
8. Ensure QC staffs complete the daily quality inspection task to meet the production schedule.
9. Set up specific quality requirements (EN standard / JIS / ISO) and distribute them to QA staff for inspection purposes.
10. Maintain the company's quality management system according to standards CARB EPA, TCVN, JIS, FSC.
11. Do internal audit plan & external audit plan regarding certificate & customer requirement.
12. Training staff to understand the input and output quality control process.
13. Cooperation with related team (Sales, Production, Raw material) to make sure documentation & quality management system requirement.
14. Co-work with R&D global team & production team to develop new products.
15. Other responsibilities as assigned by General Director.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree from University or higher.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in the position of Manager of Quality Management Department. Experience in the wood industry is an advantage.
3. Fluent in English (4 skills) & Microsoft office.
4. Knowledge about SAP, WMS, smart work factory system is preferred.
5. Leadership ability, good communication skills.
6. Have experience dealing with customers.
7. Ability to work under high pressure and good communication skills.
