Job Description
Navigos Search's client, FDI pharmaceutical company, is looking for Expanded access program executive with main duties as below:
1. Importation Program:
• Create and oversee short- and medium-term importation program strategies and action plans for Vietnam's oncology product portfolio.
• In order to accomplish the goals, territories, and client coverage of the Importation Program, oversee and manage the execution of the action plans.
• Oversee the execution of requests for medical supplies.
• Manage medical activities related to the Importation Program (advisory board, scientific meeting, etc.)
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with territory and customers.
• Proactively manage consumer expectations and offer input on their needs.
• Examine and assess competitor activity and market shifts, and then suggest a constructive modification and adjustment to the current Importation Program plan that complies with business regulations.
• Prepare, review, and comply with regular reports that are sent to the direct manager.
• Preserve productive cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Carry out additional tasks or unique projects.
2. Readiness for Launch
• Develop and present the medical plan, including the cancer product portfolio's vision, objectives, strategies, budget, and action plan, to the direct supervisor for approval.
• Oversee the collection, updating, and dissemination of pertinent policy and regulation information, as well as medical and product expertise, to internal and external stakeholders. To guarantee their rigorous implementation and address their everyday operational problems as needed, effectively and promptly inform and coach pertinent policies and regulations pertaining to oncology products and customers.
• To preserve positive relationships and obtain market and medical knowledge, visit opinion leaders and customers.
• Create a prelaunch medical plan and evaluate market needs to complete the assigned oncology products' commercial evaluation.
• Create an oncology product launch readiness initiative across the organization through efficient communication and collaboration amongst departments.
• Completes extra tasks or unique initiatives
3. Alliance
• To act as a liaison with partners regarding products in order to talk about potential partnerships.
• To periodically determine how many products are needed in order to guarantee a supply.
• Completes special projects or other tasks as instructed.
Job Requirements
• 25-35 years old.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in MSL or Marketing of pharmaceutical MNCs; have knowledge with oncology products
• Good at communication.
• Good at the computer as Word, Excel, Power point.
• Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and demonstrated project/team/cross-functional leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication for both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage
