Job Description
1. Inventory management, control in/out and stock data report (using WMS and SAP).
2. Import/Export processing (O/F, CO, Incoterm, custom, HS code, knowledge about law of trading,…).
3. Prepare document related (transportation contract, rental contract, issurance product in transport/stock).
4. Working with another team to make process in/out warehouse.
5. Evaluation working flow (vendor, people, process,...) and changing if need.
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
1. College /bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Import – Export.
2. Requires 1 - 3 years of experience related to import and export process.
3. Fluent in Microsoft office; can use WMS and SAP is preferred.
4. English communication.
5. Knowledgeable about about export procedures.
6. Good attitude, work hard, responsibility.
7. Ability to work under high pressure and good communication skills.
