Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Establish and enforce quality control procedures at every stage of the manufacturing process, from raw materials inspection to final product testing.
Lead defect analysis and root cause investigations, working cross-functionally to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage supplier quality by conducting audits, establishing quality agreements, and ensuring incoming materials meet quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards, such as ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other industry-specific regulations.
Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effectiveness in maintaining and improving product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Procurement, to resolve quality issues and drive quality improvements.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Champion a culture of quality excellence and customer focus throughout the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, such as ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, etc.
Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ, etc.) is a plus.
