Project Manager

Management of New Opening, Renovation, and Expansion Projects:

Oversee and direct all activities related to store planning, including the development and implementation of capital project enhancements such as new locations, relocations, expansions, closures, retrofits, and temporary boutiques, with a focus on coordinating openings.
Lead the coordination of architectural and construction activities in collaboration with the Boutique Architecture, demonstrating strong leadership to ensure alignment with Vietnam business strategic goals and high-quality execution.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, organizing internal reviews for well-informed decision-making.
Establish partnerships with landlords and negotiate effectively to secure favorable conditions for boutique projects.
Prepare and propose CAPEX for fashion boutique and retrofit projects, collaborating closely with the finance team to manage budgets and invoicing processes while ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Provide oversight throughout the bidding process, negotiations, and vendor selection activities, maintaining rigorous standards of excellence and integrity.
Supervise drawing preparation activities and ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent for all fashion boutique and retrofit projects.
Conduct thorough on-site supervision and inspections, tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to provide ongoing updates on project status and risk identification, fostering seamless communication and coordination.
Work with the Store Planning & Maintenance Executive to monitor retrofit project construction and ensure successful execution.
Provide support to interpret technical drawings and collaborate with the team to ensure accurate understanding and interpretation of complex technical information.

Premise Maintenance:

Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance works for boutiques, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Enhance boutique image and brand experience through regular boutique visits and improvements.
Establish clear guidelines for scheduling and negotiation with maintenance vendors, ensuring prompt execution and quality control.
Schedule reactive and preventive maintenance tasks in alignment with health and safety policies.

Reporting:

Provide accurate and timely reports on monthly and yearly activities.
Track project activities and adherence to timelines, reporting on project status and maintenance expenses.
Demonstrate understanding of boutique design and retail operations systems and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Processes & Policies:

Collaborate with internal teams to align project planning and functions with business needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and standards.
Review and evaluate maintenance contractors, formalizing agreements and managing relationships to ensure quality service.
