Job Description
- Be responsible for the heat treatment line.
- Arrange workforce reasonably and ensure procedure and safety.
- Manage documents and data about daily work in the heat treatment line.
- Report progress daily to Supervisor.
- Report and investigate all nonconformities products and incidents related to the heat treatment line.
- Follow the steps of the heat treat process according to work instructions and make reports if required.
- Check machines and sign the "daily check list" before starting work.
- Clean and maintain machinery regularly and ensure the hygiene of the working area.
- Follow safety regulations to ensure the safety of personnel, machinery, and products.
- Provide training and education for the workers.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Chemical Vocational School or was a chemical worker with at least 2 years’ experience.
- No optical defect or color blindness.
- Have a responsible attitude towards safety.
- The ability to follow detailed instructions and use technical equipment.
