Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze business requirements; define functional specs.
• Coordinate with IT teams to design, implement, and test MES/ERP solutions.
• Support process optimization, automation, and digital adoption.
• Ensure system compliance, documentation, and quality control.
• Define scope for IT procurement; evaluate vendor proposals.
• Prepare reports and support IT budgeting.
• Contribute to IT standards and team capability development.
• Deliver user training and support as needed.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 5 years in IT business analysis or consulting; 2 years in IT project management.
• 3 years working with MES solutions (preferably IBM Maximo).
• Experience integrating MES with ERP (e.g., SAP).
• Industry knowledge in Oil & Gas is a plus.
• Strong in requirement gathering, process mapping (BPM, UML), and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiar with Agile/Waterfall, change management, and digital transformation.
• Capable in data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL), risk assessment, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
