Job Description
- Lead the Mechanic Team to innovate automated or automatic machines that will suit the needs of the Company’s rapid development, such as sewing machines, loading machines and so forth
- Work with others team in the line setting up.- Oversees a full spectrum of mechanic activities including but not limited to innovation, testing, components production, assembly and maintenance- Make plans and schedules of components production and assembly- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and garment-related machines and make suggestions and analyses to the management whether to adopt new equipment- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years at the same level of solid mechanic innovation and production experience, ideally from garment manufacturing industry- Comprehensive knowledge in machinery used- Excellent command of spoken and written English- Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills- Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills- Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
