Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our partner’s import/export operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import/export management, logistics operations, and team leadership. Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is essential for effective communication with international partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage import/export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation logistics.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulations for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Supervise a team of 5-10 operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Age under 38.
