Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives to boost factory productivity and efficiency
• Optimize line layout, line balancing, SMV (standard minute values), and equipment utilization
• Implement Lean, TPS, and other best practices to reduce lead time, inventory, and waste
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve operator skill levels and production methods
• Analyze work processes and ergonomics to improve workflows and resource utilization
• Support the development of incentive schemes that drive performance
• Ensure accurate work measurement systems and standardize new processes
• Coach and develop the IE team; manage their performance and career growth
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for engineering initiatives
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IE management within garment or manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean, TPS, or similar process improvement systems
• Excellent communication in English
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing engineering team
