Job Description
A. Lead and manage all HR operations
- Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits (C&B), administration, and corporate culture.
- Build and maintain an engaged, high-performance workplace aligned with the organization’s growth direction.
- Implement HR reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
B. Align HR strategy with business objectives
- Develop long-term HR strategy and short-term plans in line with revenue growth and business expansion.
- Design organizational development roadmaps for each stage: network expansion, new brand launches, and international market entry.
- Define strategic workforce needs, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives.
C. Optimize processes & improve organizational performance
- Standardize and enhance HR processes: job descriptions, workforce planning, performance evaluation (KPI/OKR), onboarding, training, and exit procedures.
- Implement transparent competency evaluation and reward–disciplinary systems.
- Collaborate with departments to identify operational bottlenecks and propose organizational solutions to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role within an organization of 500 employees.
- Experience in a young, dynamic, high-performance environment.
- Ability to design long-term HR strategies while executing detailed short-term plans.
- Broad understanding of business and marketing, with deep expertise in workforce performance optimization.
- Strong communication and active listening skills; tech- and data-savvy; analytical and systematic mindset; passionate about people development and accountable for work outcomes.

- Experience studying or working abroad, or in multinational corporations.
- Proven experience building a corporate culture similar to leading technology or retail groups.
- Industry background in IT, FMCG, or retail.
