Job Description
Navigos Search's client is a Japanese trading company looking for HR Admin staff in charge of following tasks:
HR&AD tasks as instructed by HR&AD manager and Corporate Div DGM
* AD tasks (70%)
• Purchasing stationery and miscellaneous goods, payment procedures
• Arrangement of vehicle, hotel and air ticket reservations
• Reception duties (telephone reception, visitor welcome, document collection and delivery, etc.)
• Management and storage of contracts and documents
• Supporting preparation of meeting, recording meeting minutes
• Office general management (assets, decorations, lighting facilities, calendars, etc.)
• Support registration of company licenses and compliance management
• Report to head quarter and authorities
* HR (20%)
• Support L&D (Training activities)
• Support employee relationship management
• Welfare activities and events
• Support foreign employees related procedures (immigration, apartment arrangement, WP, Visa, TRC, etc.)
* Other HR&AD tasks as directed by dept. manager and management members (10%)
Job Requirements
• University graduated
• Japanese fluency
• More than 3 years of experience as a HR-AD staff at Japanese company
• Bright personality
• Good communication skills by phone, email and in person
• Good computer skills
• Good organizational skills
• High patience and perseverance
