Job Description

Job Purpose
The BDM will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts (80% account management, 20% business development), focusing on both savory and sweet segments. The role requires strong experience in the food industry, especially working with major local and multinational food manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a full portfolio of clients (large and small) in Sweet & Savory flavors (sweet flavors, beverages, tea, dairy, savory seasonings, etc.).
• Develop and execute account plans to maximize sales revenue and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical and admin team to coordinate samples, product portfolios, and customer trials.
• Work closely with R&D to introduce new flavors and applications to the market.
• Provide training sessions and product presentations to clients (willing to travel)
• Strong interest and drive to work in the flavors industry.

Job Requirements

• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years in the food industry (preferably in flavor, seasoning, or food ingredients).
o Strong Key Account Management skills, experience working with large local & multinational food manufacturers.
o Background in savory and sweet flavor applications is an advantage.
o Comfortable with large workloads and multiple stakeholders.

• Skills:
o Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
o Proactive, willing to travel for training and client meetings.
o Good English communication

• Education: Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields.
