RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube and Tiktok
o Creating social media posts through Canva
o 3-5 x posts per week – 1 x Blog post, 1 x Company promotion, 1 x Type of Visa and others as required
o Scheduling posts to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok
o Creating videos for social media
o Uploading to social media
o Managing Inbox for social media directing people to book a consultation
o Checking inbox for Facebook – auto replies are setup but just making sure there’s nothing further to add.
- SEO Works
- Google Business
o Adding social media posts to all Google business pages
o Responding to Google reviews
- Website Work
o Adding completed blogs to website once received from Annette
o Updating website details as requested by Visa Team
o Managing booking system through Acuity Scheduling
- Digital Marketing
o Creating any print media through Canva – e.g. brochures, business cards, email signature banners, and other items as requested
- Promotional Products
o Sourcing promotional products for client gifts
o Creating any design work required
o Providing quotes and proofs to the team for finalisation
o Creating greeting card to go with gift pack
- Newsletters
Creating newsletters through Mailchimp
- Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaign
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
- Organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Other administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing field
• Strong experience in Digital Marketing
• Proficient in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
• Skills in traditional (and digital) marketing.
• Google Analytics
• SEO Knowledge
• Creativity & Design
• Data analytics
