Job Description
Building, leading and managing the Investment Banking division with a focus on consulting on the issuance and investment of corporate bonds (Corporate bonds).
1. Recruiting and building up investment banking team.
2. Building relationships with customers and looking for opportunities to consult on issuing corporate bonds (source deal)
3. Conduct corporate bond issuance advisory, including customer due diligence, contract signing, deal/bond structure, making teaser, finding investors, etc.
4. Find investment opportunities in corporate bonds that match the requirements
5. Join the Investment Committee in appraising and making investment decisions on corporate bonds
6. Maintain and develop relationships with businesses, banks, financial institutions, fund management companies, financial companies, organizations related to corporate bond activities as well as Investment Banking.
7. Review the Advisory and Operation process of the Investment Banking Dept and improve if necessary
Job Requirements
1. 5-7 years of experience, in which at least 3-5 years of experience in corporate bond issuance advisory at Securities Company
2. Have management experience
3. Knowledge of legal regulations and requirements for corporate bond issuance advisory
4. Wide existing client network and experience in finding new customers
5. Intermediate English (to engage with CEO and occasionally foreign investors/partners)
