Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the existing fertilizer business in North Vietnam.
• Identify and develop new customers and distributors to expand the distribution network.
• Promote and create demand for fertilizer products among growers and plantations.
• Support distributors with marketing activities, product knowledge, and agronomic services.
• Conduct field visits, provide agronomic advice, and organize seminars for growers and plantations.
• Assist in introducing new products and supporting the growth of existing product categories.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activities, providing regular updates.
• Assist in implementing field trials to demonstrate product performance and support sales efforts.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and updates for management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plant Nutrition, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fertilizer sales, marketing, or agronomic services.
• Prior experience with water-soluble fertilizers and premium plant nutrition products is a plus.
• Strong agronomic knowledge, particularly in open field agriculture and tropical crops.
• Experience working directly with farmers, growers, distributors, and agricultural retailers.
• Proven ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and good computer skills, especially with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
