- Develop long-term strategic plans for the business.
- Monitor key business indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profit, costs, etc. to ensure that the business is performing according to the set plan.
- Organize meetings with Department Leaders to assess progress and ensure that departments are operating according to goals and plans.
- Review financial reports to assess the financial situation of the business, ensure that the business is operating effectively and profitably.
- Review business reports to assess the business's performance and report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Evaluate the performance of departments and propose improvement measures.
- Implement other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.

Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in large, fast-growing organizations.
- Strong in business development, marketing, financial analysis, external relations and risk management.
Professional knowledge:
- Knowledge of business administration including finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, etc.
- Leadership knowledge including the ability to inspire, motivate, and make decisions.
- Good communication skills, persuasion, as well as building effective working relationships.
