Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors in shaping financial strategies, capital structures, and long-term business plans.
• Drive financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation to support large-scale projects and sustainable growth.
Financial Management & Control
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, international accounting standards (IFRS), and corporate governance practices.
Capital Raising & Investment
• Lead fundraising strategies, including bank financing, bond issuance, equity capital markets, and joint ventures.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
Operational Excellence
• Implement robust systems, processes, and controls to improve financial efficiency and transparency.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and project financing for developments valued over VND 1,000 billion.
Leadership & People Development
• Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and investor relations teams.
• Build high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; MBA or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in CFO or Deputy CFO role.
• Proven track record working in real estate / property development companies with size over VND 1,000 billion.
• Strong experience in capital raising, M&A, and corporate financing.
• Deep knowledge of Vietnamese financial regulations, tax, and compliance, with exposure to international standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
