Job Description
• Lead overall business operations and daily management to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in Vietnam.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across departments.
• Manage budget allocation and financial planning to optimize profitability.
• Evaluate the feasibility of introducing services and products from Hong Kong and Mainland China into the Vietnamese market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and localization.
• Work closely with department heads to align goals, improve processes, and drive business success.
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective coaching and leadership.
• Maintain regular communication with immigration service providers in Vietnam to facilitate client referrals and information sharing.
• Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses to expand market reach.
• Provide personalized consultation and tailored solutions to high-end clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Explore and develop potential client partnerships in Vietnam to drive revenue growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in Vietnam.
- Direct experience in offshore financial products (e.g., offshore asset investment, offshore insurance, family wealth management, trust services).
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, with experience in cross-border business (Hong Kong/China exposure is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks, especially with HNWIs.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and KPI management.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills.
