Job Description
• Design supervision (Technical Design, Construction Design stage), schedule management, budget management, bidding management, contract management, construction supervision (quality control, safety management), etc. Construction project related work among the development work performed by the developer. (Mainly involved in architectural work)
• Preparation of various documents, preparation of reports, confirmation of construction drawings (CAD data) and guidance and advice on alternative plans.
• Communication with project team members, participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.)
Job Requirements
• Vietnamese (regardless of gender)
• Business level English
• Age: Approximately 30 years old or older
• Years of experience: 8 years or more in the construction industry
• Required experience: Previously employed at a real estate developer or general contractor, with experience in project management (PM) or construction management (CM)
• Experience in construction-related site supervision is not required, but rather experience in facility related site supervision.
• Education: University graduate or college graduate related to architectural technology
• Skills/qualifications: Project manager qualification, construction manager qualification, basic PC skills
• Other: We welcome and prioritize those with experience in on-site construction management at a general contractor
