Job Description
• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of factory facilities: lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, compressed air, plumbing, LPG, wastewater treatment (WWT) and exhaust gas treatment (WGT) systems.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment such as pretreatment lines, powder coating lines, CNC machines, laser cutting, press brake, welding machines, etc.
• Lead and coordinate new construction, expansion, or renovation projects of factory infrastructure.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors, ensuring project quality, process compliance, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations.
• Cooperate with Purchasing for equipment sourcing, spare parts, and service providers.
• Collaborate with the EHS team to maintain a safe, secure, and emergency-ready facility.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation for internal audits and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical and quality issues related to equipment performance and reliability.
Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience & Technical Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility engineering or equipment maintenance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in utility systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, firefighting, water supply & drainage, pressure vessels, etc.).
• Familiar with local safety, fire protection, and environmental standards.
• Experience in project management and preventive maintenance implementation.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Skilled in reading technical drawings, schematics, and CAD layouts.
• Certificates in electrical safety, special equipment operation, or fire services are a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Problem-solving mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Languages:
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Chinese is a plus.
