Job Description

- Search for, explore, and consult international customers through various channels
- Research, evaluate, and develop target markets to propose strategies and solutions for market penetration and effective customer conversion.
- Approach, negotiate, and implement contracts; develop new customer relationships.
- Handle international transactions including customer prospecting, quotations, negotiations, contracts, shipping, receivables, and delivery.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Set personal sales goals to contribute to the overall goals of the Export Sales Department.
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly plans in line with departmental goals.
- Report sales results and regularly update sales data as required by the company.
- Support and collaborate with the Department Head in executing marketing campaigns, market research, and proposing adjustments to business policies.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, International Trade, Foreign Trade Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in B2B models and industries such as metals or construction materials.
- Language skills: fluent in English or Chinese (candidates fluent in both are preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international clients; adaptable and able to work under pressure.
