Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
Lead entire operation of Department to achieve Pemium target in line with company business plans, and ensure service quality and compliance with applicable company MKT/UW guideline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New / Renewal Servicing for assigned clients, line of business

• Oversee new business development and prospect consultation processes
• Direct renewal portfolio management and contract extension activities
• Coordinate client information management and underwriting risk evaluation processes
• Manage quotation workflows and approval authority procedures
• Supervise contract issuance and documentation compliance
2. New Business Sourcing / Prospect Development
• Lead market network development and channel expansion initiatives
• Manage broker/agent relationship programs and partnership strategies
• Direct new business projects and strategic market initiatives
• Oversee cross-selling programs and risk engineering coordination
3. Premium collection and Outstanding management
• Direct premium collection strategies and payment monitoring systems
• Manage debtor reconciliation processes with Accounting Department
• Oversee outstanding premium management and client communication protocols
• Implement collection enforcement procedures and bad debt write-off processes
4. Business planning
• Develop departmental GWP budget plans aligned with company objectives
• Create operational frameworks and performance tracking systems
• Establish individual staff targets and KPI management processes
• Prepare strategic reports and management dashboards
5. Human Resources Management within department
• Direct staff assignment, supervision, and performance monitoring
• Manage coaching programs and professional development initiatives
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and career development planning
• Coordinate recruitment activities and strategic workforce planning
6. Customer services and retention
• Maintain strategic client relationship management programs
• Direct customer service delivery and inquiry resolution processes
• Manage client engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Coordinate claims support and risk management activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines.
• Insurance Qualification (ANZIFF, CII….) a plus.
• At least 8 years of working experience in non-life insurance. In-depth knowledge of non-life insurance, insurance products.
• Thorough understanding of sale/marketing, customer services principles, practices and market situation.
• Advanced English, both spoken/written.
• Strong PC skills with common MS office package (email, words, excel, PowerPoint…).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels.
• Able to develop/modify process, establish procedures and execute plans, through proper and accurate analytical & diagnostic process.
• Strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving mindset.
• Coaching, team management/development and change management skills.
• Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.
