Job Description
• Denim Washing Operations Management: Manage and oversee all denim washing processes, including pre-washing, washing, dyeing, and finishing, to ensure efficient production and consistent quality standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the denim washing process to ensure that finished products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize denim washing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Implement best practices and innovative techniques to achieve desired results.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of denim wash technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience in denim washing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of denim washing techniques, including enzyme wash, stone wash, acid wash, and other specialty treatments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using denim washing equipment and machinery, as well as understanding of chemical usage and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the textile industry.
