Job Description
Strategy & Execution
• Oversee the company's annual strategic planning and goal-setting.
• Direct the creation and execution of functional plans for business growth, sales and operations, HR, IT, and manufacturing.
• Manage operations to ensure quality, cost-effective resource management, and production efficiency.
• As determined by business needs, start and oversee other significant strategic and operational projects.
• Guide and mentor staff to adapt to changing business needs and ensure client satisfaction
• Track divisional efficiency in managing ongoing business.
Human Resources
• Work with HR and division heads to upgrade the performance review process and define clear KPIs as part of improving the performance management system.
• Check to see that the operational and/or performance KPIs established for each department are challenging, doable, and connected to long-term objectives.
• Track departmental performance in relation to KPIs to make sure that advancements are being accomplished.
• Hold regular meetings with the divisional leaders to make sure that priorities are understood and that coordination is efficient.
• Employ, train, and supervise managerial personnel.
Internal control
• Set the highest standards in ethical behaviour through personal example and leadership.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to strengthen the company's ethical policy.
• The company's sound control system, management techniques, and rules of procedure all contributed to continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree of Administration of Business;
• Strong business sense and strategic thinking abilities, as well as a track record of driving corporate growth and hitting goals;
• Excellent leadership qualities and the capacity to manage and inspire a team of people from different backgrounds;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English;
• Teamwork player.
