Job Description
1. Responsible for financial accounting and submit financial reports to the headquarters every month to ensure timeliness and accuracy;
2. Responsible for contacting external accountants or auditors, providing relevant information in a timely and accurate manner, and reviewing the correctness of external information;
3. Responsible for local tax reporting in Vietnam and submitting relevant financial information to relevant government departments;
4. Responsible for fund management and system review to ensure fund safety and effective operation;
5. Understand production operations, participate in monthly business analysis, and perform financial accounting, supervision and service functions;
6. Continue to learn relevant new policies and regulations in Vietnam to help enterprises operate in compliance;
7. Responsible for the training of relevant professional knowledge for financial personnel, and actively communicate and provide feedback with the headquarters;
8. Responsible for maintaining good communication with local taxation, customs, banking and other departments to help enterprises operate smoothly.
Job Requirements
1. Good professional quality, communication and coordination skills, excellent learning ability and enthusiasm for learning;
2. Have working experience in EPE companies and experience in managing finance, warehouse, import and export departments;
3. Chief Accountant certificate. Proficient in Vietnamese accounting standards and familiar with Chinese accounting standards or International accounting standards;
4. Language requirements: English/Chinese (Advanced level).
