Job Description

1. Assist in strategic execution and operational management
- Participate in the formulation of the annual business plan and break down strategic goals for implementation;
- Track KPI completion status and prepare business analysis reports;

- Assist in optimizing production planning and scheduling management;
- Collect production anomalies and promote problem resolution;
3. Meeting and document management
- Organize major meetings such as monthly business analysis meetings and production coordination meetings;
- Draft important management systems, speeches, and business documents;
- Establish and improve the factory management document system; Supervise the progress of key projects and coordinate cross-departmental resources;
4. Special project promotion
- Lead the execution of major company-level projects;
- Coordinate significant matters such as the launch of new production lines and equipment upgrades;
5. Cross-departmental collaboration
- Promote the execution status of important projects across departments;
- Identify business barriers and gray areas;
- Continuously evolve business processes;

Job Requirements

College degree or above, secretarial, administrative management are preferred
Those with certain clerk or assistant work experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Have good word processing ability and document management ability.
Have English reading and writing ability to handle English emails and documents.
Be able to speak Chinese / English
