Job Description
Take charge and directly manage the team of employees at the Southern Regional Office.
Conduct market research in the Southern region, develop business strategies, and set sales and marketing objectives.
Build and implement promotional programs and sales support programs to boost productivity, increase sales volume, and enhance product branding.
Take care of and develop the distribution channel system.
Manage inventory and assets of the company at the Southern Office.
Job Requirements
Education: Graduated from university with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.
Possess managerial, sales, and marketing skills, as well as experience in market deployment and business management in the steel industry (Black Steel Pipes and Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipes) for more than 5 years.
Have leadership skills, the ability to manage relationships, and resolve customer complaints. Basic English proficiency and proficiency in office computer skills.
Good health, honesty, and willingness to undertake long-term business trips.
