Job Description
Proposing New Products to Stores:
Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to identify opportunities for new product offerings.
Develop innovative product concepts and collections to align with market demand and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling product presentations and sales strategies for stores.
Supplier and Store Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company, suppliers, and stores, managing communication and fostering strong relationships.
Coordinate the entire procurement process, from placing orders to overseeing production and ensuring timely delivery.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize profitability and maintain quality standards.
Support Product Development Process:
Provide input and insights to support the product development process, collaborating with design and production teams to bring new products to market.
Assist in sourcing materials, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
Coordinate sample reviews, fit sessions, and quality inspections to ensure product integrity and adherence to brand standards.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese business languages, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in apparel merchandising, trading, or related roles within the fashion industry in Domestic and Asean market.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
