Job Description
• Develop and implement business plans for IT/Information Security solutions and services to achieve assigned business targets.
• Manage, nurture, and expand the customer portfolio under responsibility, including both new and existing clients.
• Negotiate, finalize, and oversee the execution of service contracts with customers.
• Organize and coordinate the preparation and participation in bidding processes.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, and project management teams to deliver projects and services.
• Provide guidance and consultation to customers on IT/Information Security products and services.
• Support customers in preparing bidding documents, solution proposals, and technical specifications.
• Regularly meet and maintain strong connections with customers.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, Information Security, Telecommunications, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience working in IT/Information Security companies serving Government, Banking, or large Corporations/Enterprises.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, manage plans, and demonstrate good problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in identifying and expanding customer portfolios.
• English reading and communication skills are an advantage.
