Our client is a leading multinational company in the chemical industry, known for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions across multiple sectors. They are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales professional to accelerate business growth in high-performance material solutions in Vietnam.

This role will play a crucial part in driving both direct sales activities and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious business goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and introducing new products and applications to the market.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability, in line with the country’s business objectives.
• Identify and target customers, with a strong focus on China/Taiwan transplant companies in Vietnam.
• Understand customers’ current and future needs, including their positioning in the value chain and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strategic long-term account plans (3–5 years) and communicate them effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze primary market information to provide insights on customers, competitors, and market dynamics to support business planning.
• Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and establish strong, trust-based relationships.
• Recommend and implement pricing strategies in line with approved guidelines to achieve both volume and profitability goals.
• Manage sales pipelines, demand forecasting, and reporting to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Technical, Innovation) to deliver tailored solutions and technical support.

Yêu cầu


• Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related business field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the polymer or engineering plastics industry.
• Fluent in Ma
