WHO YOU ARE
Our client—an internationally recognized fashion retailer—is looking for a Store Manager who thrives in a dynamic retail setting. You are someone who combines operational excellence with a deep passion for fashion and customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving both team performance and commercial success.
As the Store Manager, you are the brand ambassador and key leader of the store. You will oversee all operational, commercial, and team-related matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance, exceptional customer experience, and continuous sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Stock & Sales Management
Ensure effective stock replenishment and place orders according to company guidelines.
Drive store sales and work toward achieving budget targets.
Manage stockroom and online inventory organization.
Maintain RFID devices and ensure proper stock handling.
Guarantee adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
2. Product, Commercial & Visual Execution
Plan and execute daily/weekly/seasonal commercial and visual strategies.
Analyze sales and business performance to inform decision-making.
Oversee floor layout, product presentation, and stock levels.
Ensure full alignment with visual and operational brand guidelines.
3. Customer Service Excellence
Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Implement and monitor service action plans and training programs.
Ensure team understanding and execution of return policies.
4. Store Operations
Manage deliveries, stock takes, and sales preparation.
Ensure security and safety protocols are in place and followed.
Support Store Director in all operational checklists and compliance tasks.
5. People Management
Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team to ensure performance standards are met.
Conduct team training, onboarding, and performance development.
Oversee rota planning, holiday scheduling, and daily task allocation.
Support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Health & Safety Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
Promote safe working practices and handle any incidents promptly.
Know the designated First Aiders and act as a Health & Safety Champion.
