• Establishing and managing the relationship with customer
• Negotiating the business contract with customer
• Proposing business strategy and yearly/quarterly planning for channel.
• Managing sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure stock availability and target is achieved.
• Allocating the yearly, monthly sales target.
• Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned.
• Recommend hiring, interviewing, training new employees. Train and track the entire performance of all employees
• Manage and arrange task for staff
• Implementation the sale process as assigned.
• Update competitor, market and company information to come up with the best business strategy for the team
• Manage the team, monitor sales targets and other targets assigned by the Company on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to achieve the highest results.
• Other tasks assigned by manager
Yêu cầu
• At least 05 years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact with various types of people to build a relationship.
• Be dynamic, proactive, motivated, a team player.
