Job Description:
• Managing and leading sales activity regionally wide.
• Develops, implements and follows through strategic sales plans and activities to achieve KPI goals. Leads implementation of expansion strategies and action plans.
• Creates go-to-market strategies with Value-Added Resellers and aids in their execution. Shapes business decisions by analyzing market competition, gaining consumer insights, and staying responsive to industry trends.
• Coaches and develop customers on the SBU portfolio, providing support as necessary. Keeps in regular contact with clients to comprehend their needs and help. Delivers training on products and applications, shares market knowledge, and provides support during customer visits, seminars, and trade shows.

• Take care of managing domestic customers: Business development, support the Finance department to get overdue payment on time, search market to make forecasts and build up relationships with new customer

• Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical, Food Science, Lab, Automation
• Over 15 years of working experience in electronic/mechatronic/Food/Automation sales field.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese or Korean will be plus.
