ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY
A global leading provider of industrial products and service in many sectors

As the Sales Manager, the primary duty is to enhance sales growth through the promotion and sale of specialized processing and packaging equipment from leading manufacturers. This role demands technical sales proficiency, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and extensive knowledge of equipment to address clients' requirements effectively.
Key responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Act as the technical expert for processing and packaging equipment in Vietnam.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Identify potential customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive business development.
Technical Consultation and Support:
• Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to aid decision-making.
• Recommend equipment solutions to enhance productivity.
• Provide installation and maintenance information.
Sales Process and Order Management:
• Coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
• Manage quotations and order processing.
• Address customer inquiries regarding delivery and support.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Use CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and issue resolution.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare reports on sales activities and market analysis.
• Analyze data to identify market opportunities.
• Provide feedback to product management based on customer insights.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor degree in Engineering is highly preferred, or other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in direct sales to manufacturers in Vietnam.
• Must have experience with processing and packaging equipment for F&B/ Pharmace
