Project Manager (English or Japanese speaking)

Navigos Search's Client is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee complex and innovative software projects across multiple digital domains. In this position, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of quality solutions, and help guide product direction through structured planning, agile methodology, and consistent communication. You’ll join a fast-moving, tech-driven team that’s building advanced platforms involving artificial intelligence, financial networks, and user-centric experiences.

Core Responsibilities
- Task Coordination & Execution
Plan and manage daily project activities to align with defined goals and schedules
Assign tasks and manage workload distribution across teams
Serve as the central point of contact for internal communication and coordination
Monitor progress, resolve workflow issues, and support team members when needed
Track deliverables to ensure timely completion and escalate issues when necessary

- Agile & Scrum Practices
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
Identify process blockers and facilitate resolutions quickly
Promote continuous improvement through agile feedback cycles
Keep stakeholders informed on timelines, challenges, and delivery outcomes
Ensure team adherence to Agile values and Scrum processes
Use data and KPIs to drive transparency and performance

- Issue Resolution & Documentation
Proactively gather project issues or blockers
Collaborate with relevant team members to find actionable solutions
Document decisions and progress in a structured, shareable format
Ensure clear tracking and closure of issues over the course of the project

- Team Onboarding & Integration
Support onboarding of new team members with the right tools and information
Deliver overviews on project structure, goals, and processes
Assign early tasks and provide necessary training and context
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment from day one
