Mô tả công việc

1. Job Description:
• Make sales development plan to complete the assigned target number of businesses.
• Support employees to solve problems that arise while performing work.
• Work with marketing team to forecast inventory needs to plan sales and promotions.
• Enhance the appearance of the product/brand on the book.
• Relation directly or through employees to update information about schools, competitor promotions, information on consumer trends or customer feedback for analysis, information processing and have proposed solution/level report on.
• Manage inventory quantity and sales speed of each code, build mid-term and long-term sales plan, set out an order plan according to the quantity of each specific label and group.
• Control inventory to minimize returns.
• Negotiate in terms, MT channel trading conditions
• Manage, build a team, train, coach and develop staff to optimize the department's resources.
• Arrange, coordinate personnel, divide areas, arrange sales schedules through sales supervisors.

Yêu cầu

• University graduate or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, experience in FMCG industry, cool food is a big advantage, managing a team of 10 people or more.
