The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will lead and execute integrated communication strategies for company brands. This role is responsible for optimizing the consumer experience through comprehensive communication planning, media management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Manager will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of communication campaigns, with a strong focus on measuring effectiveness and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement integrated communication plans for key brands, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze and map customer journeys, identifying opportunities for innovation and improving brand engagement.
Review and evaluate communication proposals from cross-agency teams, providing constructive feedback.
Adjust media plans to adapt to evolving KPIs, marketing priorities, and business requirements.
Oversee the execution of media campaigns across multiple channels (TV, Digital, Mobile, OOH, Social KOL, Sponsorship) and ensure optimal placement effectiveness.
Evaluate and report on the success of media placements, tracking results against predefined KPIs.

Media Strategy & Business Insight:

Analyze historical market data and competitor activities to identify trends and inform communication strategies.
Develop agile responses to market changes, leveraging communication strategies to support brand performance and forecasting.
Identify new opportunities for consumer touchpoints, transforming emerging channels into valuable assets for brand-building.
Continuously optimize the end-to-end customer journey, focusing on key touchpoints and moments that influence consumer behavior.

Measurement, Optimization & Innovation:

Create and maintain comprehensive reports to measure media performance, using KPIs to track and improve campaign effectiveness.
Build and sustain strategic relationships with media partners and suppliers to enhance brand visibility.
Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to ensure they align with brand objectives and deliver value.
Stay informed about industry trends, new marketing innovations, and regulatory changes, offering recommendations for brand enhancements.
Handle ad-hoc requests from the brand teams to support ongoing initiatives and projects.

Leadership & Team Collaboration:

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all key stakeholders to drive the successful execution of campaigns.
Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the team and with external partners to tackle challenges creatively.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a seamless and unified consumer experience.
Lead consumer experience projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring they are aligned with the brand’s objectives.

Yêu cầu

5-6 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on integrated communication planning.
Strong foundation in brand-building principles, including brand funnel management and brand health tracking.
