• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company goals.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluation systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Vietnamese labor regulations, social insurance policies, and tax laws.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent; experience with online recruitment platforms and university partnerships is an advantage.
• Lead organizational training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Support external audits and maintain the integrity of HR data in internal systems.
• Ad-hoc tasks.
Yêu cầu
• 5–7 years of HR management experience, with strong expertise in talent acquisition. Payroll & labor laws experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
• Fluency in Chinese, good communication in English is a plus.
