1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Training & Development
- Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Implement and evaluate training programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Performance Management
- Establish and maintain performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor and address performance gaps to improve productivity.
• Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Develop and manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
- Oversee payroll, social insurance, and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and propose adjustments to attract and retain talent.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace environment through engagement activities and initiatives.
- Act as a mediator in employee conflicts, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
• HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
• Office Administration
- Oversee general office operations, including facility management and vendor coordination.
- Manage the office budget and administrative expenses.
• Strategic HR Planning
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Lead HR initiatives to support organizational growth and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Vietnam.
