Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Growth Execution

2. Aggressive Client Acquisition

Lead efforts to onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement.
Continuously expand the company's client portfolio by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects.
3. Relationship Building and Key Account Management
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to build trust and ensure client retention.
Actively promote the company’s services to prospective clients, demonstrating expertise in tailored credit rating solutions.
Work closely with key clients to address their needs, provide insights, and maximize satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration
Build, lead, and energize a high-performing business development team, fostering a results-oriented culture.
Actively collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create cohesive and compelling client solutions.
5. Results-Oriented Execution
Develop aggressive KPIs for client acquisition and business growth, monitoring progress and ensuring team accountability.
Proactively analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine approaches and strategies.
Act as a key driver in achieving the company’s revenue targets through effective leadership and hands-on involvement.
