Equipment Manager (New Japanese company)

Navigos Search’s client is a new setting up Japanese company in the field of PCB manufacturing located in the Industrial Park in the province near Hanoi looking for the position of Equipment Manager as below:
- Overseeing, coordinating and maintaining all equipment used in the company.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and meet safety standards
- Manage the inventory, organize and track maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the training and supervision of equipment staff
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that all equipment is properly stored and secured
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to equipment maintenance and operation
