Mô tả công việc

Develop and refine the D2C strategy in harmony with the overall strategy of the company. Articulate how both premium and volume models will be marketed and sold online
Plan and manage of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
Manage MKT online budget
Manage stock and fulfillment, establishing efficient D2C-oriented PSI (product-sales-inventory) management processes.
Lead and manage campaigns from ideation to execution, driving consumer visits, membership registrations, and purchase conversions.
Increase Consumer Life Value (CLV) and effectively operate the membership program to drive long-term customer loyalty.
Identifying customer pain points, opportunity analysis, result analysis, and suggesting actionable solutions.
Closely work with the HQ, Regional HQ, Product Directors (PDs), Product Managers (PMs) and Marketing team to articulate and timely implement online sales plans.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
Bachelor or upper degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
