Our client, a MNC manufacturer, is looking for a Client Relations Manager to manage their customer service team and deliver outstanding service for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolve complaints, and monitor feedback for continuous improvement. Develop long-term care plans to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement customer care strategies aligned with company goals. Optimize processes and policies for efficiency. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and debt ratios.
• Recruit, train, and manage customer care staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Foster team growth to meet organizational needs.
• Work with sales, logistics, and production to meet customer needs. Prepare reports on performance and suggest improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and monitor backorders. Ensure accurate payments and resolve overdue invoices.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, manage product information, and address special requests. Conduct surveys on products and services.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Intensive experience in customer service, request operations in manufacturing companies
• Fluent in English
