Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business goals. Forecast financial outcomes, set budgets, and drive long-term financial planning.
Financial Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, and financial controls. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and adherence to best financial practices.
Financial Modeling & Analysis:
- Build and refine financial models to support business growth. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Present insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, track performance against the budget, and adjust forecasts based on real-time data.
Cost Control & Profitability:
- Develop strategies to optimize costs and drive profitability. Monitor expenses, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Provide mentorship and professional development for team members.
