Role Purpose:
Acquire new customers and manage accounts in new markets to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle with personal targets
- Identify and approach potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Schedule meetings, understand customer needs, and prepare tailored offers.
- Present services, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth start-up.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Collaborate with SM and BUM through joint visits.
- Report progress via CRM and to direct supervisors.
- Provide support to new clients for 12 months post-signing.
- Share best practices with colleagues.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
